Well got it almost complete. Thursday I removed the drop bracket lift. Friday I installed the new cross member section and installed new UCA's, new Fox 2.5 coilovers and rear shocks. Took it today and got the front end alignment done. Now I need to change out one of the brake lines one the front. They should be here Tuesday. I leave tomorrow and come back Tuesday so no harm. I will not lie, this was a lot of hard work, especially when doing it by yourself. I did not get a lot of pictures as I was trying to keep going and get done. I had the entire front end off when I got the phone call, Need to leave Sunday for a trip.

Trimmed the new cross member section to go back in.

    Ready to start

    photo_zpsf99f593c_87d2129874e67f4290bc11d8324d7c6e2f79283c.jpg
New Uppers on and new cross member welded in place.
    1_zpsbd3fb4ab_1db6f8b4ce158bb2876cdfa17a84966baf366e29.jpg

Tomorrow before I leave I will have to take a picture and try to post. Still need to build a skid plate for the belly and tie-in to the bumper. Might need to left a little pre load off the coil overs ass they are sitting a little high in the front. Want to give them a chance to settle(If they do). So far the little bit I drove it I like it much better than the Drop Bracket I had. Sorry I did not get more pictures during the process.

Thanks man! Going to wheel them tomorrow and see how they do!

:tinfoilhat:Yeah I know they don't have the best reputation on this forum, but a guy in my local club has done some really hard wheeling on them over the last 2 years without a single issue. Combine that with their awesome snow traction and I was willing to give them a try. I'll keep my build thread updated with my impressions.

Wingshooter: Way to go, man. That looks like a serious project.

I never use any soap or anything corrosive. I suspect tho, once you get behind, there is no choice if you want to get all of it. I try to stay ahead, by spraying it pretty regular.

I do it with the engine running and just "try" to avoid the alternator. That's it.

This picture looks out of whack, The alignment sheets shows good. Tire just looks like it has a bit of lean to it. When driving it handles great and tracks nicely.

I think I will need to lower the front just a little bit. I spoke with the guys from ORW and they said to give it a few days and see if the springs settle any. Not sure if this is the truth or not but will see.

Replaced two stripped lug studs. Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Now I think I need to sand and paint hubs. Still working on getting e brake to work.

She looks gorgeous! This was my first full out detail so it's certainly a work in progress.
