So, awesome time on the trail tonight...had a tire blow out...right in the middle of the tread, about an inch long gash...so definitely looks like a blowout...oh well, now I can get new tires sooner :). Also found out how un-prepared I was lol, don't have an deep socket 19mm(I've bought like 3 now, I think the dealer ship keeps jacking them and I always forget to check after I get something done there) I also realize my teeny little socket wrench is waaaaaay too small to get any torque on lugs lol...AND I realized I don't have any sort of breaker bar in the truck...got a little ingenious and realize my old stock UCAs fit right over the my teeny little socket wrench, so I was able to use it as a break bar kinda thing lol. And holy crap those lugs were on good lol! So yea, looks like I have a boatload of shit to buy to prep the truck better this weekend!

Oh and I heard some yips out in the darkness so I think there were a few coyotes out there watching us, I was gettin creeped out for sure lol.

Oh reeeeaalllyyyy ?? Do tell Christopher, wat ya doin' to it ??

    :worthless:

Yep, when a little thing like a flat happens out in the middle of a trail & it potentially turns into an issue you def. start thinking about preparedness, & those may or may not have been coyotes , theres def. some weirdness that goes on out there in PV at night & it aint the wildlife....its got something to do with this..

Hey man, just glad I was able to get it changed and get out of there. Luckily I was able to loosen those lugs or I'd have had to hike back out (fuck) and call someone to come out and rescue my ass lol (fuck)

It's been done in 2WD... all of it, but honestly he needed a pull up the 'big hill' to get out. He was amazing in his Prerunner for that run! Go IMSICKTONIC :)

Wel I fond out they blocked the entrance near the nursery, so one less access point, but I found another one yesterday, but only bikes can get through.

Now with a vehicle you would probably have to use the AM/PM entrance..

No I'm laggin....buddy should be here soon ad my spot is about 10 minutes from here in a rock quarry, trying to make sure I am ready for the race next weekend, after all its only the Toughest race in America and I am in the worst shape of my life, but other than that I should totally win it..

We are going to build some artificial hillclimbs out of 3' rocks (or should I say make them possible to climb by moving stuff around), and some rock gardens are already there to try and ride over (can barely walk over them without breaking an ankle!) Also a bunch of super steep hills that are rutted at about 2-3' that you need to hop over while climbing! Doesnt that sound like fun!

I will post back when I get home..
