    My conclusion was or is that the holder rubbed coating off of brake line and rusted out
    I go to beach a few times a year plus sandy irean snowboarding nj ect
    Was happy it was an easy fix

    ur truck is falling apart.

    boot get miss aligned? maybe the band is too loose. take some angled or big ass needle nose pliers and try to tighten the cinch point on the band some more?
