    Well I got my cv axles changed out today. Only thing I got left to do before the trip is change the oil and change my rear diff fluid and I'm ready to roll

    I changed my rear diff last month. I need to do the front diff and transfer case. Ive gotta get my lower control arm bushings and lower ball joints done before next Thursday.
    Parts store should have em I bought a whole pack of em at oreillys.

    I had my LCA bushings replaced when I lifted my truck a couple of months ago. If you are putting urethane bushings in, make sure the shop fully understands that they have to reuse all the original metal parts. I had an idiot that knew everything work on mine and a 2 hour job took him 3 days. All he had to do was read the directions in the box, but he didn't :mad: he destroyed the original metal sleeves and didn't replace em, then tried to tell me I bought the wrong bushings. He ended up buying new bushings and melting the rubber out to install the urethane ones. He lost money and pissed me off all in one stroke.

    I used energy suspension bushings BTW. On a side note, it looks like I'll have my tundra brake upgrade installed for the trip :p

    Well I thought my cv's were good to go for the trip. Now one side is leakin gear oil. It's always fuckin somethin. I'm bout tired of messin with it. Probably gonna put her in the shop

    Found someone to do my lower control arms. I need Lca bushings and ball joints but it seems to be cheaper to just replace the entire control arm. Got someone who's gonna do it on Thursday. Charging me 900$ for the entire Lca, and drive shaft ujoints. Better than the 1800$ toyota quoted me.

    Holy crap! I did my lower ball joints for @ $45 each and parts and and labor for LCA bushings was $50+$90
