    well what happened was it got wet and it clumped up like that. thats just another bag with more basil.

    (i dont mean to offend anyone on here but under CA H&S Code section 11362.5 it's helping me. I am a patient because havingthe area between your thumb and pointer finger cramp all the time when you do anything sucks. so does anxiety and my leg being a piece of shit after cutting it open after a stupid fall)

    edit: i know there is law enforcement on here, that is why i say this.
