    I hate disclaimers; but I have to put on this group. First, this load was not built for this rifle. Second, I was shooting in the prone on some of the roughest concrete I know of.

    I went to the range today with my new barrel on my Rem 700. The first 15 shots were an interesting study in barrel break in. This group of eight was some of my old handloads that were tuned up for the old barrel. They were very hard to close; but they shot pretty good I think. The vertical dispersion (minus the two flyers) was .919 before subtracting the caliber. I'm looking forward to getting another 25 shots through it so as to start working on a load for it.

    Yeah; 100 yds. Sadly that is all the distance the local range has. I'm hoping to get a membership to Tac Pro later this year after school is done.

    Come up to the Sanger range with me. 200 yards. Its more like a guy had a piece of property and decided to set up a gun range. Its kinda redneck but its awesome. They don't have annoying range Natzis yelling and you for dumb shit. And you can do 3 round burts

    I'll have to see if I can make a trip happen. There is a range over by Greenville that goes out to 250 and my buddy has access to some land that goes out to 600. I'll probably be making a couple of trips up there this summer.
