If you're talking about the speaker mounted under the CB that's just to help with volume. The speaker on the actual CB isn't all that loud and it's somewhat blocked by the lower dash stuff, so the external speaker just makes the CB easier to hear without having to crank the volume all the way up.

Hey I just had a quick question on your OME lift.

1 do you have after market UCAs?

2 have you removed your sway bar?

I am just curious I'm looking into going the OME route.. Thanks!

Did you have any issues with your new shock location? Wheel hop or axle wrap?

Nope. I've been really pleased with how its working so far. More testing might show some issues, but so far it's worked out really well.

It really lets your front end loosen up, the sway bar keep both sides tied to each other to limit the amout the of "sway" a truck has. Without the sway bar it lets each side act independently wich in turn allow your front to "follow" the terrain and flex a LOT better.

No but the plates were to prevent it from happening because of the extra weight added to the rear of the truck with the shell, the rear bumper, tire carrier, bed rack etc.

Btnewman has answered it. No sway bar = little more body roll on the road, but better suspension flex/travel offroad.
