I wouldn't say thats a fab fail, more like lack of prep. Ubolts were more then likely loose and or streched which made them loose. Loose bolts break shit no matter the quality of the fab/material.

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.

I'm with Jason on that one you can see the lack of penetration in the joint. Most of the pass didn't even have half penetration. Proper weld prep and that might not of failed.

I got mine solid mounted at LSK. Pretty cool kit that doesn't require welding. Wheel has been as strait as an arrow since I got it. Im assuming you have hiemed uppers?

Anybody got a link to some info in the DMZ SUA kit for the 2nd gen? I can find lots of pics but not really any info like what kind of travel numbers people are getting and what length of shocks they are running and what not.

Also, anybody see any reason why I couldn't angle my shocks towards the back of bed when I come through the wheelwells? I am trying to be able to keep my toolbox on my shortbed, so I was thinking of running the shocks off of the back of the axle housing instead of the front of the housing and leaning them back towards the tailgate.
