Should I wear an ace wrap around my knee when working out/running? Or just when at work walking around?

If you can support the knee, that would be good. Don't forget to give it time to heal.

went into my gym after hours like i normally do, didn't realize that it was booked for the 40ish roller girls that are usually using the gym floor. now i know what a chick feels like in a gym full of guys, i felt like a piece of meat! and i was doing bent over rows and deadlifts to make it worse! lol

I've avoided doing legs since my knee started hurting Thursday. Yesterday was the first day I ddin't have any pain, especially going up and down stairs. Might try some light leg work tomorrow.

    None so far.
Sounds like awesome motivation my friend. I do my best work in situations like that who cares about age as long as they can still play the game.

What are you guys doing for meals? Im trying to get ideas for good healthy meals.

What do you guys generally eat for meals thats healthy? (Contains good macros)

    So far Im getting:
red meat (yes fatty but thats okay)
    chicken
    fish
    rice (no fake shit)
beans (what kind should I get?)
veggies (I eat them often: carrots, spinach, lettuce, tomatoes)
    eggs every morning
bran cereal? ( worth it? should I get some? I have like 5 fucking boxes of cheerios)
milk (gonna drink it, lets not go into the hormones shit :p )
fruits (apple everyday also bananas berries)

So basically what do you dedicated dieters get typically at the store?

    Meats:
    Veggies:
    Fruits:
    And items for carbs:

In a nutshell my diet will be:
    Eggs for breakfast
Eat veggies/nuts when I'm hungry (or needing a snack)
Try to eat lean meat most nights with a night of burgers once or maybe twice a week.
Drink lots and lots of water and only water. With a cup or two of milk a day

I had knee problems for awhile from too much running. I had to stop completely for 2 months. I was still able to lift but always watched what I was doing. I got one of those knee bands that put pressure on the front of your knee to keep the tendons in place and it made a world of difference. Havent had any issues since wearing that for a few weeks.
