In the pursuit for better MPG, I threw on some Tundra wheels wrapped in Michellins today. Got to be easier for the motor to turn over than the BFG MT KM2's. Ride a THOUSAND times better that's for sure lol

They don't look half bad, but I'm thinking I might end up painting the wheels a gun metal color.

Think I am gonna go the same route. Keep the KM2's on FJ TT and use the stockers and decent A/T's for highway and winter use. Anybody run the Cooper Dicoverer AT3's and have an opinion?

I've put about 10,000 highway miles on my AT3's and I have no complaints at all. They have been great on and off-road. Didn't notice it affect my mpg much if any but I'm not sure.

Finally got around to changing the ugly Dale Earnhardt Jr domed hub centers on my rims. I made some nice new domed TRD to replace them. So much better looking lol.

Good to know. Not too worried about MPG's, just considering saving the KM2's. Been back and forth alot on it. Spend $600 on new rubber, or just wear the KM2's and buy a new set. What size are you running?

I must say I'm really pleased how they came out and how they look overall.

After work this morning (3AM) I made my final adjustments to my coil overs. I'm reasonably happy with the results. I was able to get much of the lean out of the front end. The rear is about 3/8" out, but there's not much I can do about it. So time to move on. After a nap, got it aligned. Camber close to 0* and caster about 2*.

    Then I did this.

Rear axle breather mod. Only I made a fitting by taping out a 1/4x3/8 barb fitting and drilling an m10x1.0 bolt... And I ran the breather back behind the drivers side tail light with a filter. So, pretty much my own mod!ImageUploadedByTapatalk1371002645.454882.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1371002676.907582.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1371002715.185638.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1371002731.610751.jpg

nah going to be hanging onto them

throw them on when I want to take the truck out wheeling, plus keeping them around for when it gets nasty during our yearly rainy season when half our roads flood over and wash out  or just when I want to look meaty for the weekend :D

sorry fellas, no plans on selling them any time soon, lol

Nice idea - behind the tail light! I'll need to consider this. I was thinking about tying it up high on the gas fill; but I think I might like your idea better. I picked these up today from the dealer ($13).
