i rode bumps to and from

one the way down i i was on allpro standards, negative arche with less than 700 lbs in the bed

on the way home I had switched to Ironman HD's and better results but rode bumps the whole way home

LUCKILY i had timbrens so it wasnt rough, BUT be weary to anyone assuming you can hold much weight, I had my spare parts tote, camping gear, the rear rack and the RTT, when I did not load the weight up before on the truck, I have no issues

Wow. How much weight you think you have? About 1000lbs with the original weight and RTT? I assume you are running the Fabjunkie flip with stock shackles?

I have looked at these too. Watch the width of shackle as the Defined Extended ones I got would just not quite clear the channel on the FJ design. So I had to grind off about an 1/8 of an inch inside the channel to make sure they clear.

    Yay! No more pogo-truck!

    Thanks Bob!

Man that was sketchy driving a truck with non-working shocks.
I was so excited to have shocks again that I went tearing down a well-head road by my house. They soaked up every bump beautifully.

Yep, that's his custom patented remote resi mounting system.

Seems to work pretty well. The drivers side was tough to find a place to snake the clamp through with the gas tank and all, but they're on there and I don't think they're coming off.

Just got back. We had to go way around and come in from the North side and had to persuade our way into a road block. He had vehicles already packed and needed people to drive them. His daughters are staying at our place and he decided to stay for now. They cut power to try to get people to leave but he's going to stay put for now to protect from fire and looters. He's not stupid so he won't put himself in any danger but we could see flames from his house.

He said before we got there he kept hearing a bunch of explosions.

On our way there we got to see a chinook dip a bucket into a pond right next to the road and it was super epic.
