    Hey TW...

Some friends thought it'd be funny to paint up the Stormtrooper, big mistake , with window paint... I've washed and washed and washed but I can't seem to get the paint out of the little crevices within the glass.. does anyone have any suggestions to get this out? Im not planning on selling it anytime soon but I always have resell on the brain and who would want paint on the window :goingcrazy:

Here are some pictures (close up)

you can't see it from a distance but you can see it as soon as you get to the door... any help is good help thanks!

A razor blade should take that off. If that doesn't work maybe clay bar it.

You want to use the least harsh chemicals that will do the trick. Start with Windex, then try an automotive glass cleaner like Stoners, if they don't work try an old t-shirt with rubbing alcohol or WD-40, next I'd try clay bar, last I'd try a polish but make sure you use one that is safe for glass! That last thing you want to do is haze over your windshield.

Try each step in a small area to see what works before wasting your time applying to the whole windshield.

EDIT: Deercantseeme has a good point, try a razor before the harsher chemicals or polishes.

Spray windex and let it soak for a min, then run a flat edge razor blade over it. You may also try using the rough side of a dish washing sponge. Here's a good tip too when just washing windows and using a glass cleaner: I always use news paper to wipe/rub clean. It's rough, so it digs through old bugs, dirt, etc and doesn't leave behind the fuzz like a cloth would.

I would say that the razor blade trick should work. Just be sure to keep the window wet so that the blade doesn't catch and scratch the glass.

I always told my friends that if they ever wrote on my windows with that paint, then I would write on their faces with my fist lol.
