I have to bill to projects by the hour. And no one guarantees me work. And if I don't have 80 hours on the timesheet after two weeks, they will pull the balance from PTO to make up 80. Consulting FTW.

That sucks. I'm at less than a month left here and they know I have a million things to do around the house and city before I leave. They just don't count me anymore.

60% frustrated, 60% bored. But the last 3 years has been about 110% frutrated and windows of downright fury, and now I am gleefully entering a boring phase, but at 3:30 every day, my eyes roll into the back of my head and I start drooling.

Yes. Only moving within ~5-10 mi. max. Just a local upgrade. If I wanted, I could telecommute. We have lots of overall flexibility and my boss thinks I shit gold eggs. But still.

I'm on her managment team of 6 people, and I am the only one she trusts to actually make the right calls autonomously and actually get the shit done I say I am going to get done.
