I had been waiting but got lucky as I went ahead and bought from jerry at midwestern a couple of months ago. I had the cash so I went ahead and bought as price was so good. I figured prices could go up and deep down I always worried this could/would happen as Honda did awhile back. I always felt dealers had unbelieveable profit in these as it involves 10 minutes of paperwork. I always knew warranty pricing via internet prior to vehicle purchase and would offer up to $200 over cost but they would just laugh. With all this crap and regulations Toyota Financial Services should step in and stop exorbitant pricing. Many uninformed and worn down buyers believe the financial staff and this price is only good today line, then they add price into contract to minimize the shock. I think there is a Honda dealer in RI that is fighting in court his right to sell VSCs at his prices over the Internet. I imagine prices will now be higher than ever but time will tell. Didn't mean to ramble, just my two cents. I have spoken to Jerry Johnson several times as I have used and recommended him to others, I may give him a call and see what's up. I had received the notice from Acton and I also know many have used Troy with great pricing/service.

I used Action Toyota and Theresa was great. I wonder if they will still sell under the table. I buy used with low miles still in warranty because of the warranties. I have a friend who was shopping for Rav 4s because she could buy the warranty from Theresa. Now will be looking at Sorrentos..a little drastic but she refuses to pay for extended warranties and Certified is a joke.
