There is no way I can hike with this on. Lol I tried walking around the house and I started getting irritated.

back day today at a new gym on trial. more of a home gym style really, still got all the free weight stuff so it's all good.

    One arm dumbbell row
    Barbell row
    Elevated seated cable row
    T bar row
    Wide grip lat pull
    Cable lat push down
    Rear delt flys

Muscle felt really full today, and really focused on the contraction. Mind muscle connection is such a overlooked part of lifting.

keep in mind i lift powerlifter style unlike most people, i do 5-7 sets of 1-8 reps. and after my set i go sit in the corner with my music till my mind and body feels ready and fresh again, so instead of the regular 30-90 seconds most people rest, my rest period can go anywhere from 2-10 minutes. so my real lift time in the gym is a hour at most, i keep my heart rate in check. im in there to build muscle not jumping around like crossfitters.

I don't know how you do that. I'm in and out within an hour, but most of the time 45 mins. Plus I don't have time to be in the gym for 2 hours.

i can't believe people train for 45 mins to a hour now a days. i remember back in the days bodybuilders would be in the gym 2-3 hours. Tom platz use to go in the gym and squat for hours and he has one of the best wheels in the game. to get big you gotta lift heavy ass weight not just till you get a pump, you lift till you can lift no more.

Not everyone goes to the gym or works out for the same reason you do. Get over it already.

First day working out with the tire. Did 30 flips mixed with decline push ups, burpies, step ups, situps, and 60 sec intervals of jumping rope. Was about an hour in the hot florida sun. I was drenched in sweat.
