damn i need another hobby, i was staring at a supercharger for twenty minutes trying to figure out how I could make it work with my snorkel

 

That would be easy man..seeing as how the stock intake is still used...so...it'll work.

I'm snorkeling mine with a sc or turbo at some point. Anything is possible. If my dad can run the URD TCAI with his sc then a snorkel will be fine. I'd get a pre filter or the cleaner thing for sure tho.

It's only tubing..if anything..get a small piece bent.

well kind of, problem there in lies is the BOV is piped right into the intake line like it should, BUT it is currently plumbed to BOV right into the point at which I would need to make my 90, and than the MAF would need to be directly there as well

I want a MK1 kit for the part being is its liquid cooled not air cooled

I think ill make Marcel an offer and make it work, but its not just tubing is this case

The biggest difference between stock intake vs snorkel is going to be noticed at lower speeds. At higher speeds, snorkels do add that "ram air" effect. Although some parts of the snorkel kit may have snaller cross sections. Which can increase velocity, or restrict overall flow. Depending on placement and how much they restrict
