    Ya, I've been browsing random motorcycle forums and whenever people ask if a 600 is a good starter bike, pretty much everyone flames the person that asked.

    I really don't think that a 600 would be a bad starter bike, as long as one does what you mentioned...remember what they're on. Current 600s are basically street legal race bikes. One nice thing though, is that the torque comes in so high in the rpms on i4s, as long as you shift early enough you'll be below where the torque is and not have to worry about accidently poppin a wheelie.


    If I could have one bike right now, it'd probably be the Triumph Street Triple. I LOVE the looks of that thing!
