My group of friends is into cooking. All of us guys can and enjoy cooking. The girls not so much lol One of the guys own a restaurant and another helps with his family's as well. Every Sunday we do these huge dinners for about 10 -20 people depending on the week. We will go to the restaurant supply place and see what meat is on special that week and pick it up. So each week food ranges all over.

Things we've had off the top of my head in the last few months:

    Veal Prime Rib
    Ahi Tuna
    30 lbs of ribs
    20 Ribeye steaks
    Sea Food boil
    Homemade Pizzas
    Portabello Sliders and Ahi Sliders
    Smoked Turkey
    All American BBQ
    Build your own Packet dinners
    Carne asada Tacos
    Corned beef hash

There was lots of Sapporo and Sake in the fridge

Started a batch of limoncello tonight. 20 lemons, 2 bottles of everclear. I have a month to wait now. Going to make half of it into crema di limoncello, so it should make a quart of the hard stuff and half a gallon of liqueur.

My 40th birthday party #1 last night. What isn't shown here includes a pony keg of Ska Mexican Logger & a dozen burgers. The 2 dozen brats got a fab beer boil in Breckenridge Avalanche with a whole onion then of course grilled. I brought the party!
