    We figured we were very close.

    But in reality we weren't. The front was close as I had more lift. But his rear diff had soooo much more room then mine. And I drug it over everything lol Jon found it hilarious :rolleyes: he CB me and be like "and another strike for the diff!!" Lol

    Trust me. Your gonna be the lowest guy there other then my dad and Marc. Your gonna be bouncing off a lot.

    Shouldn't be catastrophic tho..just gonna be nerve wracking.

    Marc is going to Christina and make part of show e this weekend so ill finally know what it'll be like on 32s..I can't wait to hear what he has to say. Either ill be right..or look like a dumb shit when he says it's easy stuff haha

    You need beefier rear leafs no doubt..or I could rebuild em for ya :p

    I have an extra leaf still..could slap it in while your hear..although it's for a 95-97 pack..would be interesting to see if it would fit as it's a main leaf..but I could cut it make it work :p

    But you'll be fine. Just be ready for so,e cool scars :D

    Either way. Belly clearance isn't the issue on these trails. Rocks are that big..well..most. But those are avoidable.

    It's the diff that's the touch spot. Which is strong if you drag it over something going forward. But it's when you get stuck and go backwards that it's scary.

    Ya I doubt you'll get stuck..possible I suppose..but unlikely. We won't see traffic hopefully being there early which is when I had to back up and dented my diff cover.

    I think I'm gonna try slightly longer shackles first. An 1" longer at most, just to see how they do. Then go from there.

    I'll have my bamf diff skid on. I lose about a 1/2" of clearance with that thing but not too worried about hurting the diff. :cool:

    1" lift shackles?? Or only 4.5" long shackles(1" longer then stock) cause that's only .5" of lift about.

    Shackles also tend to hurt load capacity. And you'd need longer shocks :D

    I have my diff skid too. Finally on ha so now I don't care. 1/4" skid FTW!! :cool:

    Plus my new front skid will be on. I will give little to no fucks this year out there. 3/8" thick up front :eek: heavy fucking thing.

    I think the ideal length shackle would be 5" pin to pin. Would be .75" more lift than what I get now with my stock ones. I am pretty sure my fox shocks will be Ok with that. May need taller bumps tho to protect the springs. :notsure:

    Mm..not sure where you can get those..

    Spring would be fine. If the torque is right the shackles will just flatten out the springs more..or they go negative..not that big a deal if it's not for long.

    Might as well just do 1" ones. The problem with that idea tho is it doesn't actually increase your weight capacity..

    Actually, the springs are OK. Even when fully loaded, like in the pic Ben posted, they still have arch to them. And they definitely ride super and flex very well. I think a slight shackle lift will be perfect to level the truck when fully loaded. And maybe even give it a little rake when not loaded.

    Might as well get 1" shackles then. Easier to find. You'll get more droop too..well..I bet your shocks will limit you there..but you should get some more.

    monte, electrical question. I am planning to add a circuit to bring power to the back seat or maybe to the bed area. It needs to be able to handle a constant 5 amps minimum, with possible spikes up to 10 amps. I am wondering what gauge wire I should use. I've looked at a couple of charts which say if the run is 20' (to and from the fuse block) then 10 amps requires 12 gauge. Others have said 10 gauge. Do youthink I need to go with 10g or is that way overkill?
