Thats definitely the 2.5" setting...mine are the one below that..I measure right at 7.5" of lift so im getting 3.5 out of my 5100s and eibachs..yes its a little stiff but it aint that bad

Well, having run 5100's and 885's for a year and a half or so...and finally switching to Maxtracs and Fox 2.0s and TC UCA's...its frikkin night and day difference. No more Preload for me...

Trust me, spend the money...even if you offroad once a year....even the onroad driving is awesome.

It took me all day, but I made it through the entire thread. Thanks to everyone for the wealth of knowledge. I am going to be placing my order in the next few days. Unfortunately, I was out to sea without internet for awhile and missed the group sale. :/
    Still debating between:

    1. spindles in front and 2" AAL in rear (most economical)
    2. spindles and eibachs up front with dakar leaf pack and 1" block in the rear (possibility of 35s down the road)

I don't do much wheeling, but do have quite a few dry rocky creek beds back home that I traverse to some favorite fishing spots.

Since I have a SSM DCSB it seems like this is the only lift authorized : )

Well I just put these Icon Resi's and UCA's on last Wednesday and took them out for a test run on Cleghorn road in the SoCal Mountains.....all I can say is there is no comparison between my 5100's and these bad boys...was like riding on butter all day!

LOL. I still stare at them every time I walk in the garage and after the ride they gave me this past weekend I got out of my truck on the trail and proposed to both of them!

Is there something wrong with the gravity in SoCal? :rimshot: Ride looks good with the Icons though, wish I had me some of those!

Placed my order for the spindles last night. I want to go with Eibachs in the front for a total of 5.6" lift in the front. I want the truck to be as close to level as possible. What would be the best way to do so?
I was checking out the dakar leaf pack on the headstrong website, but it doesn't state how much lift you can expect from the pack.

I want the ride to be as smooth as possible. I want to avoid big blocks in the rear. For 5.6" should I go with the dakars or the expos?
