Under inflation is outer edges
Neg camber inner edge
Pos camber outer edge
Unbalanced high and Lower inouter tread blocks.

 

those are also highway tires. on MT's or duratracs like evan has, the outer and inner treads will just "chop" and give him a vibe like he is describing.

Evan run your hand across the tread in both counter and clockwise and you will feel a difference. One way will be smooth the other will not. Also look at the outer and inner edges of the tread.

Morning. I have to drop my oldest at a college today for a week long sleep over. She got selected to be part of a program where they stay at a college for the week and form political groups. They will miss finals week attending this so she is happy
