i think the tundra ones fit as well if they don't have tacoma ones in stock. bring the cut one in to compare.

 

On a positive note, I can't believe how much brake pad I have left, this is stock pads with just under 75000 miles:

 

I had a 1/4 of that at 60k. You drive like a silverback.

 

jason..whats the deal with the sliding rear window weather stripping..mine fucked up last night. i think ive got it slid back in to where its supposed to be..but have no idea...if i slide the window it fucks it up again.

 

I have no idea. Why sucks is the price to fix it, you have to replace the complete assembly and those damn things aren't cheap.

 

well..isnt that special...25k truck and they cant put a damn functioning rear window in

Not sure. Solid or sliding a window company still has to put that sucker in. That's another issue with it.

 

My seal popped out years ago. I was able to fix it. Just gotta screw with it for a while. Then the clip that holds the window shut fell off. Took some pretty expensive epoxy to hold that thing back onto the window

 

well I just went at it with a plastic vinyl bubble scraper thingamabob and got it to lay back in properly...looks like the new sticker on the back is the culprit this time...gunna take it off and see if it still pulls...atleast the stripping is back in its place and wont leak.

 

That was exactly my problem. Had a cut vinyl Florida tech sticker that kept grabbing the seal and pulling it in.

 

I had The same issue, the few times I put a decal on the middle window it caused an issue so I took it off.

 

u got a deal on urs, they musta cut corners around the weather stripping, trucks like urs now cost like 32K

What yak do you have? Looking to buy one this year and really interested in the Tarpon 140 but would like to go demo some before I commit.

 

u can prob get a legit company to put one in about $300

 

I fish outta a Malibu stealth 12. All I can say is paddle as many yaks as possible.

The tarpon will be faster and track better than my stealth. But the stability of the stealth crushes the tarpon when it comes to standing. Each yak has its pros and cons. Just gotta paddle as many as you can and see which is the right fit for you

 

When I shattered my back glass when the guy that put the new one in (for $1400) he said to never put a stick on the sliding part. Said he has to replace them all the time because of that. I don't use my slider so I dont have that problem.
