    getting there....
    well....what i did was,after marinating for about 36 hours, i made 2 layers of tin foil and sset the slab right in the middle,then folded the sides over,then folded front to back, and put them on the grill on the lowest setting(gas grill). every hour.....i'll "mop" them with some of the marinade i used to keep them good and moist. after 6 hours......i'll discard the tin foil and kinda "brown" them for a few minutes and with some sauce.

    correction on the rib smoking time on my frill...........3 hours was a lil too long on my grill. the bones and very bottom(where there isnt any meat) charred all to hell. so next time......2 hours will be good enough for me.
