    we're heading out of phoenix around noon on fri. we're gonna head to the beach fri night and then catch a motel for the night. btw anyone know of the cheapest hotel/motel within 45min of the meeting place?

    If you're looking to stay around the coast, you're gonna be at least an hour away from the meet. Also, cheaper motels are gonna be inland. I'm sure some of the 909 guys can point you in the right direction.

    well I just bought new tires for the trip along with a brake controller and trailer harness. and new brakes and rotors. I'm over $1000 today i've spent on the truck. I'm going to install the brakes now I didn't want to have to listen to them squeel for the entire 5000 mile trip

    yeh i doubt it'll be on by then, i need an 8 port intake manifold and im just gnna change the head gasket out anyway to avoid any future problems with the one i have right now.:D my engine has 190k on it. I plan on pushing it till it explodes (probably not going to happen) so i can get a 2nd gen.
