I think Troy is officially a POS. At first I thought it was just mis-management but as time went on, I think he just doesn't care anymore.

Do you have to send it back to him? If not, PM me, I wonder if it can't be repaired as a project piece.

I'm guessing he really doesn't care at this point, clearly sub-par lights, what...half the orders were actually sent out? Should I give him the benefit of the doubt and say 3/4 of the orders?

I think I fixed the issue a while ago, but sometimes my lightbar gets moody.

When (if) I get the new bar, I have to send back the old one

For everyone else, id consider a class action lawsuit with the other forums.
