    Quick update, got the new struts, coils, one UCA, shocks, new u bolts, and tsb leafs installed. New UCA bolt arriving Tuesday at dealer for $4.25 (who knew they were so cheap?!)

    Drilling out the stock plates worked well for the new u bolts, certainly make me feel better about the whole installation.

    Anybody have words of wisdom on how to properly set the height of the leafs? I managed to make my passenger side an inch lower than the driver side ...

    This is a good point, some AAL's must be installed in a certain direction, 1 side is longer than the other from the center pin hole.

    I'm pretty sure those were directional packs. They're the stock ones off my rig.

    Yoshio, give me the numbers off the top of the leafs (if they are there) and I can tell you which one is which (tomorrow) and you also need to make sure they are installed in the proper direction.

    So the brake line screw holes lined up right and they only have one threaded hole that fits on each leaf. They also had that curved looking front ends that also went forward on the stock leafs:

    I believe my problem is I torqued the bolts on the passenger side early. Going to try loosening all the bolts and trying again... Maybe tomorrow?

    Did you torque them with it jacked up possibly? Always torque u-bolts on the ground.
