wrong. they in my case they are NOT emergency personnel. private business.
my cousin has a private business plowing mostly drive ways, and does some business’s. i know one place is a vet clinic, parking lot/drive way of a metal shop(that has 2 locations that have to be done) and others like it. he is does not work for the city or county at all. just a business licensee. and we did drive with it on from one drive way to the next.

Never mind. I'm not wrong and I'm not going to argue this. It's stupid.

^ok. well what ever. i guess it could be illegal, but the cops never did anything at all about it. and if it was so illegal as you guys are coming across about then i would think they would do something about it.

    Reading comprehension fail.

    He's legal while he's plowing.
On the way from one job to the next, he's probably going to be overlooked, though technically illegal.

OMG! Those lights are illegal! I must now take the time to look up and quote the propper state laws, to make sure you completely understand the HUGE mistake you are making.

Also if someone says I flaming you, I will defend myself, by saying, no I am not. :D

don’t you have to be in jail/prison to be up for parole? if so he never did any real time at all.
yeah. I think you are fin.

I have heard in TN as long as you are not moving and the car/truck is park you can have any color lights on as long as they are not flashing. that includes red and blue. but I’m not 100% sure never have looked it up.

I'm still not sure who is 'freaking out' over anything here other than those defending the guy against those who are 'freaking out'.

I'm more concerned with "what have you done to your Tacoma today" than I am about who's running illegal lights.

So what we've determined is that this subject is dead. There was some misinformation given as fact and that was addressed by a couple members in a non-attacking manner and the proper information was given regardless of who plans to follow it or disobey it and everyone else has moved on, right? Can we be done now?

    This.
