About to take delivery of a 2013 access cab SR5 4wd 4 cyl 5 speed manual tomorrow.

I wanted minimal hassle; so I walked in with fair market price and with the intent for him to match it, no BS and no gimmicks or hidden crap.

Sticker was $26,980 for the truck; in my area, multiple websites report fair market at $26k before tax title and license. Quickly came to agreed price of $25,999 plus 6% sales tax plus $246 in TTL fees and I'm out the door at $27805.

Fwiw, this was a locate, as I wanted pyrite and none of the dealers around me had one in this configuration. He had a blue on the lot I probably could have gotten a few hundred cheaper, but I wasn't really digging the blue.

Probably could have saved a few hundred if I wanted to play the dealer haggle game, but I've got too much going on at work and wanted the sale to be less stressful.

No connections and no Costco around here, so hopefully its a fair enough price.

I had the Truecar pricing from USAA for $29,200 and then another $500 off for being military.

I paid $27,100 for a 2013 DC 4x4 V6 SR5 LB with Tow package & alloy wheels in Feb 2013, and I am scheduled to pick up another one just like it tomorrow for $28,796, (I sold the first truck in May 2013 for $28,800). I used the $1000 college rebate in Feb, but now the college rebate is just $500. Both prices are before taxes, both MSRP were $31,810

Toyota doesn't allow retired military members to use the military rebate, so that's $1000 I can't take off.

It didn't have anything on it. I had them add tube steps, roof rack, and tow package.

How does $30,540 sale price (Double Cab TRD Sport Towing, roof, sidesteps, wheel locks,) (COSTCO) from a MSRP of $33442 sound?

Try to get them down to 34k OTD. 36 is high, even for the xsp package

I guess I got an okay deal. Not the best but not the worst either. I'm guessing you paid around 29,500 before TTL?

Dealer had no rebates, wouldn't give me a college graduate discount either.

I've been hanging around this site for a while also.
I'm working on price for a DC LB 4x4 with Sr5 pkg, tow pkg with the TX Edition.
Negotiated price so far $30800 including the TX Edition rebate, msrp $34523 .
Looking for advice , take it or walk ?
I've been attempting to use NADA / Edmunds as a guide but thier cost of options is no where near what the dealers are quoting me.
    NADA sr5 $1620. Dealer $2145
    Tow. $650. Dealer $650
    TX pkg ? Dealer $2995
