    I only have a dremel with those small cutoff wheels, idk if its big enough to get all the way in between the bracket and the frame

    Thinking about asking the shop I get my alignment at to cut it off for me, and just ziptieing it in place for now

    Got it. Well then....by that definition I would say you have a circular saw right? I mean everyone has one of those...right?

    Anyway...this is sketch, but it works very well. You can get metal cutting blades for circular saws. Just make sure you got a really good grip and get the women and small children away!
