any first gens with cupholders?

Ive been wondering for a while now, but does anyone know if the first gens had an option for an automatic trans with a cupholder built into the surround?

I took the one in the dash out a while ago, and i need one..lol

 

I have a 99 tacoma....its an auto trans with two cup holders to the lesft of it! Hope that helps.

i have 2 in the center and two in the back so atleast four

 

mine is a 4x4 and i have 2 cup holders to the right of the auto shifter they slide together out of the way or you can pull it open to make 2..

 

Yes - there was such a thing as a 4WD automatic 'front console box' (surround for the floor-mounted shifter) with a cupholder - a single one on the right (passenger) side.

These were available in both the 1998-2000 and the 2001-2004 model eras.

I'm not sure if the 'front' console unit from either of these later eras will fit up as is with a 1995.5-1997 rear console.

 

yeh i have 4 cupholders and a 5th in front of my drivers side ac. put one there so i can cool my drinks

It's nothing but a cheap fix but i was pretty impressed with my $6.00 walmart cd/dual cupholder plastic molded thing that i modded. I took a saw to it and cut out enough of the cd holder part to wrap around the floor shifter trim. It actually looks excellent and works better than expected. Just a cheap way to hold them cold ones! J

 

i have a 03 and have four cup holders to the left of the gear shift
