We do but we are far, also you can get them at autozone and orielly's

 

I've tried autozones and orielly and the hooks dont fit. They either are too big to fit in between the coils or hit the shock body.

 

Hmm, I use those all the time or did, until we got our own. Normally if I take them out myself, and take the girlfriends car into town then most shops will swap coils for free if I bring them just the coilover

 

I just used the truck and a floor jack.

 

Yeah the shops around my house all wanted $20 bucks a piece to pull them off. I just wanted to pull them off and rebuild them in a night.

That only works for struts I think.

Ooooh. Ok yes. You are correct. My bad. Forgot you had actual coilovers.

 

Its cool, harbor freight has a hydraulic spring compressor for $200, I dont really want to buy one right now, but might have to.

 

I have a spring compressor. Not sure if it will work for you or not. The autozone ones will work just a pain in the ass. Paden used one on his icons.

 

Just as an FYI, that one won't work on the Fox's... it won't even clamp around the coil >.>

 

Yeah I think you're right. The Fox coils seem like they're wound tighter than Icons

 

that autozone compressor got the job done but i probably wouldn't use it again. lol
