I love the open clutch look! I wish I could do that to mine, but it'd just leak all over the place and eventually seize up...

 

I heard him for 30+ yards away and ran too it. I have a soft spot for them but will never own one. Their cost to own is jut like the cars from that country.


On a side note a kid that doesn't like me (jealousy) anyways blocked me in at a store with a wall In front of me. Gave him 3 warnings to move or ill assist him. Backed up within 6" and the friggen moron whips open the door to get out OMG I am still cracking up. He smashed his own door into my steel bumper that moved some dust around.

 

I agree with you on the maintenance thing. My cousin was making good money out of school (got a good job and was living at home) and he bought one. He ended up trading it a year later, maintenance costs were killing him and he couldn't do the work himself. If I could have one as a toy, I'd take one. I love that Hypermoto. I think the race bikes would be dangerous for me. Ever see that Desmosedici? It's one of the sexiest and most capable bikes I've ever seen.

Sounds like that guy's in the 'more money than brains' club.

Here's the Desmosedici. If you like Ducs, you should read the history and engineering that went into this bike. It wasn't meant to be a road legal bike, I think you can buy a package to make it legal though.

It's sickeningly fast and powerful. It also costs around $75k last I looked it up. Not bad for a bike you can't even ride on the road and most race leagues won't even let you enter it. It's basically a track day toy for people who have more money than they know what to do with.

There's only one bike I've seen that was even more disgusting, I'll see if I can find it. It was a bike where the single heaviest part was the front axle, weighing in at 6 lbs and that was on purpose to help keep it on the ground.
