    SSC Ultimate Aero Still holds the record for fastest production car, Bugatti may think there SS can top it but they are high on there name. a $300,000 outrunning a 1. something million dollar car is just to much butthurt.

    And i hate to break it to you but nobody will see there exotic supercar over 180 on roads. 1. Most people that buy them, Buy them for looks. 2. its way illegal 3. there arent a lot of people with enough balls to see there speedometer over 150MPH.

    So in reality any exotic sports car is pointless. Plating a supercar is like putting a leash on a bengal tiger.

    I'd much rather take a 32 ford 3 window steel body :D I love rat rods and chopped hot rods. I'd take those and muscle over any exotic any time of the day. Classic ftw

    Always wondered what a turbocharged Formula One car would do on Pikes Peak. Heidfeld's McLaren did the Goodwood course in 41 sec, 6 sec faster than the Celica.

    I dont know a ton about F1 racing but is it true that they have like Pods that purposely come apart on impact so that it basically conceals the driver from everything? Couldnt that be a deathtrap?

    It's called the monocoque , it's a tub that surrounds the driver , it protects the driver and restrains him in an accident , all of the bits outside of the monocoque are designed to absorb impact energy

    The Grandstand I was in for the Montreal GP was $600 for the weekend

    Here is the monocoque at work protecting Robert Kubica in the 2007 Canadian GP , he hits the concrete wall airborne , and almost head on at 300km/hr ( 190mph ) , he sustained a concussion and a sprained ankle

    When the car comes to rest against the wall you can see his white boots hanging out of the front of the car
