Actaully - The LIST of threads I was talking about (which are the threads that PS78 took issue w/) were ALL off topic.

As far as people neg repping and/or reporting him - This recent bout has earned tons of attention, but it's from a concentrated group of folks. If you'll notice ALL the turmoil is either IN an CO thread, or primarily CO members engaging him in other threads.

If folks could just NOT respond to him - He'll dig his own hole. When you try to fix him over the internet - It turns into a train wreck that ends up with multiple bans because a hand full of people go off the deep end.

Honestly - There is a serious lack of maturity on both sides of this argument...lots of this could have gone better, but egos got in the way. It happens, but it doesn't make it easier to sort out the results.

Dude 25 is a LOT! U need to give yourself much more credit then you're giving yourself. Everything takes time...

Yessir! With enough drive and determination it can be done...best advice I can give is to set small goals and work to reaching those and then create bigger ones as you move along.

So basically what you're saying is it's our problem, not his. We're all expected to ignore him and do everything properly and when we've finally had enough of his bullshit... ignore him some more. If we have him ignored and still get dozens if not hundreds of email notifications from his posts and those who can't just ignore him and it derails entire threads for weeks and months on end when is enough simply enough?

If he's causing so many problems all over the forum and has been warned numerous times and even temp banned and warned again and STILL hasn't learned his lesson... what what point do the warnings become action? Listen, if this were a one time isolated incident I would agree with you wholly. The simple fact though is it's not. It's wide-spread, affecting numerous threads and numerous members and the source of the problem is easily narrowed to a single bad seed. It's not the easy thing to do I agree but it's the right thing to do for the better good of the community.

Good advice. right now i am starting a general activity regiment where I am active doing stuff for at least 60 min daily and running or hiking about 3-5 times a week. Running goal is to run farther than the previous time I ran and to make the kick longer at the end of each run. Anyway, we will talk about all of this over a cold one next month.

Go ahead and take a peek at my activity in this thread. I'll wait for you to find all 3 posts. My issue with him has nothing to do with what he did in this thread (I have no idea what he did in this thread because I never look at it, but I can guess). My problem with him is pretty well perfectly summed up in your post below:

I find it a little bit amusing that you want to keep a member around that all of your other members just need to ignore and not respond to. There's certainly that way of handling it. Or, you could simply address the issue so that the majority of your users are happier.

Again, I know it's your site, your rules, so there's really not much point in arguing with you. Suffice it to say I think this situation is being poorly handled by those in charge. You're continuing to allow someone to detract from your site and hope that others can simply ignore the ignorance. Not a great way to do things.

Thanks! I've gone from about 210 to 185 in the last 6 months and I'm pretty happy about that (I'm about 6'). Running a little over 10 miles a week. I think I'm the "skinny fat" that you mention in your interview, though! I'm trying to lean up a little bit, not just lose weight.

I ignored him long ago and use tapatalk so I never see his posts. It's amazing I suggest more people do the same.

You know - It's funny. There are a limited number of folks who are claiming he ruins everything - and those are the folks who pretty clearly don't like him for whatever reason.

You guys didn't like the way he used the CO BS Thread, and don't like the other threads he has posted - And now picking at his posts that you don't like sparks more BS.

So yeah...Grow up and ignore him. You can't pretend that TW is so strictly on topic and proper that some BS posts are destroying the community, until you try to prove your point. The bullying in the CO section (and now spilling out into the rest of the board) is equally as damaging.

Idk how u running guys do it. Really, it doesn't matter to me what you're doing that's active. As long as you found something that you enjoy doing then I'm all for it.

You can't rely on hyperbole to make your point or justify banning him. I never said everyone should ignore him.

There are a handful that get/got offended by his posts...There are tons of other folks who either a) don't care or b) roll with it, so I'm not saying everyone should ignore him, but if he offends you so much then steer clear instead of trying to make your point or teach him a lesson...I promise it will end better if you don't engage him.
