Monster Coma's 2012 SW Expoish Build

Yeah, I've lived all over my entire life although we have lived in PA for 7 years now and its just not for me. I think I'm leaning more towards GA although AZ would be pretty sweet.

Well I'm done with the stupid Treadwrights. If I had a rig dedicated to offroading they would be awesome but they wont balance properly no matter which way they do it. They balanced better using the road test than they did statically even though TW recommends Static balancing. Will be getting rid of them as soon as I can save up the money for a new set of tires..

 

Sucks to hear man, what will be your next set?

 

Not sure yet but they won't be retreads lol. I'm debating between At and MT right now.

really good deal. Oh well. I'll be stepping up a size as well to 285s so this may be a good thing after all, costly but good lol

 

I'm doing the opposite my next set, I've had a set of 285's and currently running 33's but I'll be jumping on the pizza cutter bandwagon and trying the 255's next

 

Hmm. I'm looking at hankook dynapro MT. $1145 for 5 and don't look too bad but ill look at the fierce attitudes as well thanks

 

Nice, I would but running a 255 on a 9" wide tire isn't smart. 265 isn't really smart either but ehh lol

I JUST purchased the Hankook Dyna Pro M/T's. They arrive tomorrow. I've heard good things about them, so time will tell..

 

Thanks, means a lot coming from you! And oh nice. Hankooks are 1145 shipped to me and fierce attitude MTs are 1075 shipped to my door.. hmm lol

I'm running 12.5" wide tires on an 8" wheels... Considering what I put them through, I think you will be alright

 

Oh well not gonna try it. I'd prefer 285s anyways

 

lol^^ but on a serious note I'm contemplating going with duratracs

 

I am putting on 285 Duratracs & 700# coils on my front shocks on Friday so I will post pictures on my build thread if you want to know how they look/clear.

Thanks man but I've seen them a lot lol. The only thing for me now is price. When I bought the first set of tires I was expecting to get at least 2+ years out of them and I only got 6 months so i wasnt really prepared to buy new ones so soon. Granted they will still run but my entire truck shakes driving down the road with them and its pretty annoying. Plus I already have over $120 into just balancing them.
