Custom CNC cutting you think it I'll cut it

I won't cut a solid Toyota emblem. i can sell you single letters but not a full emblem.

Jlee how much would all the letters run? I can figure something out to put them together.

 

It depends if i'm desinging the letters or if there is a font out there already.

i did but i lost so many pieces of it i just tossed it in a box. I want to make it BIG! that way the little pieces are not so small. I'm thinking 6' long

 

Here is a sign I did for a farm it's on the smaller side at 18"x 24". It's a 2 piece design with the carrots bolted on for shipping purposes. It's powder coated Black coal and then I top coated the carrots with green and orange.

Its very thin but there is a little steel left on the B.

doesnt using a plasma cutter with heating the metal lose the strength? when ever i buy them the companies always use water jets to cut them so the material is never weakened. also the reason that you arnt supposed to weld on AR500

That is what i thought. i bought a plate that was cut with plasma and shot a hole right along the edge of the plate.
