i didnt want to respond in the events thread but yeah, was over at his place last night test riding it and ended up pulling the trigger. He is getting it all tuned up at mojo's hopefully today and then i might be able to pick it up this evening. I am curious if anyone knows where i can get some vinyl sticker material black in color? I need to put some on the frame where the red has been faded a bit and almost has a pink hue to it.

Talk to Eric, he knows a custom vinyl guy. Nice, I need to pull the trigger on another bike... I should say I want to but its low on my list of priorities. I really wish I hated riding my Trek or I would do it sooner. My bike is done, ill be going to get it in like an hour or two. Prolly hook the trailer up and take my daughter for a ride. Im prolly gonna be looking at a new wheel set or just a rear wheel for my 29er so I might be giving Chris a call.

That too! I have been recently just buying growlers! I was down in Fruita and they have the best lids for them they are pressurized so the beer keeps longer, I use the cap from Copper club in fruita on all of them now.

    Moved us over.

Got my bike back! Phil Chris was there saw his jeep but he must have been in back working on your bike I didn't see him. They didn't charge me for the truing of the wheels or the brake adjustment, although im not to happy with rear brakes. I like them to be touchy and they a squishy like when I took them in. I don't think they believe me when I say I ride this down what most people use an all mountain FS bike on. I have to squeeze all the way in for the rear to STOP me. I like half pull, but it was free so ill deal with it. Not digging the 2.0 tire either but its the only size that will fit with an aggressive tread on this set up. Guess I will start looking for new derailers.

cool cool!!!! hopefully he remembered to take the tarmac in to get adjusted.

thats good that they didnt charge you for the wheels and break adjustment but did you have them bleed the line? if its pulling all the way to the bars i would think that means they need bleed, did they pump the breaks for about 15 pulls? sometimes they just need to get the fluid back through and then they want to work much better. What brand is the 2.0 tire? nothing else will clear the frame, or what is it rubbing on?
