How can you keep dogs from pooping in their kennel when even they don't care that they poop in their kennel?

Not my dog, they're my girlfriend's chihuahuas.

This is a common problem with chihuahuas. The commonly accepted method to correct it is to kill them.

how big is the kennel? Dogs should have just enough room to turn around and lay down. If it is too big, they will poop/pee in one area and go lay down in another area.

When gas is delivered to the station there is sediment and water in the underground tank. The filling of the underground tank stirs up the sediment for up to two days and you pump it into your vehicle's tank. A 45 to 55% ratio is very high. I would say the tanker had contaminated gas when they filled up the stations tank. There should be a lot of complaints about the gas at that station.

    hmmm.... possible....

If the girlfriend wasn't so attached, trust me, I would have.... uh... "found them a new home" a while ago

We put two to one kennel, one's about 10 lbs, the other about 6. They both sleep and spend the day while we're at work in what's essentially a rabbit cage.

i know that there are sediments and stuff in the tanks too but aren't they cleaned out every so often to try to keep it to a minimum?

hmmm...Homer...were your kids playing around the cars? pretend gas station with a garden hose?

It's possible with that amount that the UST has failed (corrosion or otherwsie) and groundwater is leaking into it.

Craig, the state should have a UST regulating body you can look up for more info on owners' responsibilities, etc., and where to file complaints or need for investigation.

They should all have sumps along with filters between the tank and pump that are serviced regularly. Assuming whatever station is keeping up with maintenance.
