Well you are like 6.5 years younger than me... haha

debt sucks... too bad the American life basically revolves around it... Just have to keep debt manageable and you'll be alright.

I keep my POS car around DD'ing and my Tacoma is my Toy! haha My car gets almost 3 times the mileage my Tacoma gets, and my Tacoma pulls about 17 mpg doing 80mph on the freeway. haha

O..I thought you had a different job through school

Still better than picking coffe though.....
    Good god.

Without my parents I'd be fucked...so I try to cover as much of my ass as I can. The agreement is they help cover tuition if I do well in school....and I pay for everything else

Let's meet up for a beer brah

My parents are cheap asses and won't help me with shit... On the flip side they have never really been in the position to help me. My Dad didn't even graduate from high school... With the exception of a roof over my head, food, clothes, and birthday/christmas presents I have had to pretty much pay for anything I've wanted my whole life. Car(s) and car insurance, phone and phone bill, video games and toys, etc. I've worked quite a bit since I was 12 or 13.

Don't take that as I had a rough life or anything. I didn't live in poverty by any means. I just wasn't spoiled.

The whole reason I joined the Army was to pay for school. My parents pretty much told me I had to my whole life and I don't regret it by any means. It has been awesome!

The problem with buying a 1st gen is people are practically asking as much for them now as they are for 2nd gens. 1st gens are disappearing and the market is saturated with 2nd gens so right now you can pretty much get a 2nd gen for the same price as a 1st gen. Just depends on what you find though.

That was my plan. They do very well and covering part of my tuition is a drop in the bucket...

But I was supposed to get in a long time ago. I wasn't supposed to be relying on anyone right now.

    What's your major?

If I had a 3.9 I'd be jumping through ceilings

I worked my ass OFF as a young kid..and never spent a penny. Believe it or not before my truck I dumb mountains of money into a Toyota supra rebuild..till I started modding the truck then sold it for truck stuff. I have spent..way way too much money on it now

While I'm not in debt for Frankenstein(my toy truck..name..long story)..I went into debt buying my second tacoma for a dd since Frankenstein was so tricked out I couldn't really dd it in St. Louis.

But ya..I pretty much just worked and save and only bought truck shit..and now audio and truck stuff...expensive. But if your smart you'll be there in no time. I remember looking at people builds going..how the hell do you afford all that...little at a time  never thought my truck would be where it is at this point...in two different ways..ha

    Pssshhhh..just cause I don't blow money on booze..:p

    Debt free...sorta..

Really?? Maybe it was just installing that sucked..

    Ha!! That is funny..haha
