    Lower Mount: Bushing w/13mm Sleeve
    Extended Length: 27.28" Inches
    Compressed Length: 16.34" Inches
    Travel: 10.94 Inches
    Boot Included: YES

    Vs OME nitros:

    OME N182 Nitrocharger
    Internal Design: Twintube
    Collapsed Length: 13.86 in / 352 mm
    Extended Length: 23.94 in / 608 mm

How much of the shock shaft is showing at full stuff with the ext. 5100s? Have you stuffed the leafs to the bumpstop?

I've had my OME lift on for about a year now. Since then, on 2 or 3 occasions I've heard a loud clunk in the front end when flexing the suspension and making a right hand turn. I couldnt figure out where it was coming from until today when I was under the truck just looking things over. I dont know the technical name of the part, (the metal bell shaped piece where the bottom of the coil sits), but the sway bar has contacted my suspension and bent this peice. It actually looks like the part has been pulled away from the shaft. Other than removing my sway bar, is there anything I can do to prevent this? Has anyone experienced this? Should I be concerned?

You could get a sway bar relocation kit if you want to continue using the sway bar. It will help move it away from where it is contacting

I dont think your coil seat is bent at all. Thats how it looks normally. There is a small rust spot where the sway bar could be contacting

Wheeler's is sending me the Sway Away SAW 19920-1 relocate kit, I'm just going to install it with the rest of my stuff whether I need it or not. Seems like several folks are having this problem.

Maybe the pics don't do it justice but comparing it to the other side, its definitely not the same and looks kinda jacked up. I put this lift on myself after 2 months of drooling all over the parts while they sat in my garage waiting to be installed - i know what they're supposed to look like. My sway bar might be coming off in the near future...

OK I have read throuh most of this thread and tried searching various things....I have a 2010 doublecab. My plan is to put the kit on with TC or Light Racing UCA's. With 886 coil and the standard dakars that come for the back. I am planning on the spacer to correct for lean and putting the 1/4" spacers up front. Given that I do not run mud flaps, will be putting a relentless fab bumper up front what size tire can I run? 285/75r16 I am pretty sure is good to go? Just want confirmation, with minor trimming could I run a 295/75 or is that pushing it. Just trying to go as big as possible without having to re gear or cut my wheel wells all apart. Thanks for the look and replies!

True I tried to get the best pics I could but its on the back side of the shock and kinda an awkward spot to get a good pic. My sway bar is effed up

    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-tacomas/218513-sway-bar-problems-ome-install.html

Dont know much about the relocates, I'll look into them...but the second part of my OP on that thread explains what happens. Unless the relocates will work, my only option is to remove it or keep tearing up my shock :/

That's the point of the relocate, it moves it so it doesn't contact the springs. I haven't installed mine yet but there's a thread on here about it....looks super easy and can be done at anytime.

Next time out I'll get a measurement. Tire has been stuffed pretty far but not to the bump stop.

I got the ToyTec relocate bracket after installing the lift. I knew I'd need it before doing any flexing or else I'd make contact. Took me all of 30 minutes to install (I didn't have an impact wrench or it would have been more like 10 minutes).

Nice that would be awesome. It would probably be helpful info for someone who is to lazy to take their shocks off and get extended/collapsed measurements for a setup with dakars (me)
