    Who owns the gunmetal dbl cab lifted truck, with front/rear bumpers? My coworker saw the truck and asked about it - he drives a Tundra but was driving his wife's car this morning when he saw it.

    This one had the white VA tags, black Toyota emblem, and the front bumper had 2 fog lights on each side, with a winch and a roof rack on top.
