No it shouldn't. Mine just got towed away to go to the dealership and I have many mods done to my truck. Now I didn't tell them that over the phone but they better not say anything about it when they get it later on today.

Magnusson-Moss act. You should read it. A failure has to be directly related and proven to your lift or other modification for it to void your warranty.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magnuson-Moss_Warranty_Act

I have a 3" lift on my truck when I took it in a few months ago and my dealership didn't even care.

Yeah I have heard that from other guys as well that they don't even say anything about mods except for the fact that they say you got a nice truck!!:D

Good question on the post. I took my new (new to me) 07 in for the TSB on the crappy rear springs. They dealership told me that they have th check with service manager as it is lifted, and therefore may not be covered. I wil find out Wednesday. If they deny, I have read in other post regarding TSB's to call Toyota Customer Support and see if they can grease the skids.

I was thinking about the rear TSB as well but don't see any point in it now since I have 5100's all around and 2" rear AAL's.

For what its worth, a basic add-a-leaf can be found for 50-100 bucks.

I happened to stumble across this yesterday. I was very close to ordering a lift for my Tacoma, but resisted temptation (again :)):

There's an FAQ you should read, which links to .

    Hope that helps.
