Does anybody know factory torque for rear bumper bracket bolts?

    OME complete kit w/ 885s on Nitrocharger Sports, 1/4" spacers, Dakars w/ Nitrocharger Sports, LR UCAs, 265/70-17, Duratracs, G4 Elite tonneau, Weathertech Window Deflectors, Weathertech digital floor liners, factory JBL/Entune, rear differential breather relocate.
    This is from the manual....imagine it's the bolts you're talking about:

    INSTALL REAR BUMPER PLATE LH
    (a) Engage the claw and install the bumper plate.
    (b) Install the 2 nuts.
    Torque: 7.0 N*m (70 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf)

    Bracket to bumper reinforcement bar 48.
    All values in foot-pounds.
    I'd share the breakdown illustration, but it's hard to do with this POS android!

    This is for the 12mm bolts that hold the little sheetmetal brackets in the facebar

    Ahh, I see, this is the part then:

    INSTALL REAR BUMPER BAR
    (a) w/ Towing hitch:
    (1) Engage the 2 pins and remove the rear bumper
    bar.
    (2) Tighten the 8 bolts.
    Torque: 90 N*m (920 kgf*cm, 67 ft.*lbf)
    (3) Connect the 2 No. 3 wire frame connectors.
