You've got more balls than me... there's no way I could cut my frame... I don't like the site of blood :p (That's why I had someone else do it!)

You're going for a 5/6 drop!??! Yowzers... I sure hope your new wheels fit when they come in! I've settled for 3/3... I just can't see going lower for my daily driver.

I hope they fit too the only thing I'm wotried about is the inside to clear the shock plate
3/3 is good but I'd say go 3/4 since you notched you won't bottom plus make the truck and wheel gap even you shoukdnt rub unless you run really fat tires just unholy the to bolts on the fender and leave the plate inside and should.be good

Came out $2600 with tires and switching tpms and install
I sliced both rear tires right after I left so I stopped at my grandpas house up the road and used pliers and rokked inside no slicing.now but I accident put a very tiny kink when I did the driver side barely can tell the fitment is right on so I'm happy

 Looks great... I'm lovin' the concave look of the wheels.

However, I don't see how you roll that low though... it looks like rear fenders are almost resting on the tires?!? How much clearance do you have under the truck? I'm guessing it's less than 3".

    Soon very soon:D
    Thanks man
hahaha well in this pic i had the stocks in the back and the truck was flexxing so when rolling i have slighlty more gap in the rear

haha shit i was at 2 3/4" from crossmember to the ground before notching now with smaller tire diameter and notch i havent even measured but yes i will say its very extreme and low but i just avoid bad orads and cruise it around from the second i pulled out the wheel shopped i think i turned like 3 xrunner heads when they passed by me:p
i think crossmember is about 2 1/4" now maybe 2" i not sure i will not be going lower but i love the look it honestly looks very clean IMO and idk in hawaii we have ALOT of tacos mostly lifted but plenty are dropped but i wanted to be different so i went lower

Dayum!!! Yup it is sick. I can't go that low tho :( gotta carry my bike and just bought a dirt bike I'm picking up next week!! Gotta have some clearance lol. Damnit I love those rims! Do they make 18's I wonder if they are lighter or heavier than x runner rims?

Funny thing about after-market wheels these days is that manufacturers don't seem to want to tell you what they weigh. I spent all winter picking out wheels and drove myself nuts trying to get wheel weights, only to get no real answers from anyone.

About the only time manufacturers publish wheel weights is when the advertise their wheels as being light weight, and even then they don't always say what the weight is. TSW does list the weight of some of their light weight wheels, but don't list the weight of any of their other wheels. There are a bunch of wheels from Giovanna that I love and are advertised as "light weight", like the image below (not the feather in the upper left hand corner). When I contacted the company to find out how much the wheels weigh, because the weight isn't published anywhere, the response I got back was, "Our wheels weren't made for your vehicle.", and no information on wheel weights. I'm inclined to think the wheels actually aren't light weight and it's just a bunch of BS marketing.

Anywho, the X-Runner wheels aren't light by any means, but most aftermarket wheels won't be much lighter unless they're forged ($$$). I think the X-Runner wheels are 31lbs - 32lbs, which is pretty heavy for an 18" wheel. My guess is that because they're truck wheels, they're heavy because they're built stronger than a standard car wheel to support heavier loads.

Along with wheel weights, note that the tire often weighs as much as the wheel, and some sites like The Tire Rack occasionally publish tire weights.

Also note that Brendo got really wide wheels which is why his wheels look so bad-@ss and concave. Unless you go with a nearly 10" wide wheel, you're not likely going to get the same look. Wide wheels are going to weigh more because they're wider and the tire is wider.

I know! I want too but the roads to my new job are horrible and it always dissuades me. It will happen one day. I wanna get an extra plated notch, or a boxed notch.
