    Wouldn't it be much easier to just tape off around the ring and the tweeter and just paint the on the door? I mean I've had my door panels off 100 times I'm pretty sure I could set a world record for fastest door panel removal but I'm pretty damn good with blue painters tape and a razor blade too hehe

    I had the KO's on my last tacoma and I got 60k out of them before I sold the, and they still had damn good tread on them..... Should get more like 75k-80 out of the bfg's! My buddy's dad had them on a 4 door f350 diesel and got 75k out of em granted they were bald when he took them off but that truck weighs over twice what our does.....good choice

    IMO, it takes longer and it's more a pain in the ass to tape everything off than to remove the two screws and pop rivet and remove the door panel. but hey, do whatever's easier for you man. work hard not smart...errr... i mean work smart not hard. :D

    I gave her a bath today and was finally able to get some pics now that the lift and new tires have been installed. I went with Bilstein 5100's all around. The fronts are set at 2.5. I added a AAL to the rear as well. Tires are General Grabber AT2 285/75/R16.

    Probably search on your state DMV website to see what the requirements are for lighting in your state. I imagine what I have there is illegal but only because it's uncovered...cover it up and they could care less about it. I only use it offroad anyways but it does come in handy for tailgaters;)
