I wish it was time for some fiberglass fenders. But unfortunately :-( I rear ended another vehicle and cause some damage. This is a picture from when it is at the shop. It bent the radiator core support and the inner fender apron on both sides. The radiator core support showed up at the shop on Friday along with the new fenders. So the new core support and fenders should go on today and it should go into the paint shop today or tomorrow. So I should get it back tomorrow afternoon or Wednesday.

Just called American Toyota and they told me there is a 90k mile warranty on my truck, I would've had to purchase and extended warranty through Lexus to do that... Looks like Ill need to price water pump cost and labor rates...

 

Yeah everyone was okay. It was only me in the truck and only one other person in the van. I am pretty sure that because of the bumper I totaled his van. But everybody is OK, and that is the main thing.

Hope you guys had fun at the Puerco this weekend. I finally figured out how/where to mount the giant solenoid box for my winch, got the winch wired up, Factor55 Prolink installed and factory fog lights installed in the new bumper.

Also went out yesterday afternoon "on the way home" and hit the dirt at the end of Northern in Rio Rancho. Was a good time going 60+ MPH on a rough road and not feeling much at all.

Im expecting to get them in middle of this week... Icon has to literally make the parts... silly 5-lug haha ... TC UCAs are a go, rear shocks are a go, and Im waiting on my coil overs...

Im hoping I can get them installed this weekend. Assuming they get here before Thursday.... and I can make my TW friends happy

Yeah it my first time taking the Stormtrooper out on the mesa and it did well for a stock suspension buuuuut it was stock haha.... scrapping my stock bumper too, can't wait to get rid of that POS

I noticed yesterday that my swaybar is contacting the coilovers on each side so may take it off today to see how it drives without it.

 

oh thats pretty cool, what are you gonna do with it? jsut fix it for fun or try to sell it?

my roommate and our friend were hungover and didnt want to get out of bed on time.

glad your ok, Jon. and im always scared of a frontal collision, especially since my bumper will probably not crush enough to deploy the airbags uless its an insane collision

That's my bumper and Cloudy is helping me with.. Powder coat it white then BOOM!

 

That is a good looking bumper. I sure do need to learn how to weld. Can't wait to see what it looks like in white. I debated for a long time and decided to keep mine black... for now...
