I just bought a pair of smoked and clear headlights on ebay with imotorsportoutlet and I noticed the beam is weird with those new set. The lights are wayy too high and goes to the other's drivers eyes. It's kind of high beam.
Do you think I can set it or I must put back my original and OEM headlights?

If they are similar to the factory lights then there should be 2 adjustment screws on the back of the light housings. The bottom most adjusters will adjust the vertical adjustment and the top 2 adjusters covered by a plastic cap will adjust the horizontal adjustment. Park about 20ft away from a garage door or flat surface and adjust them from there.

Ebay lights are sometimes notorious for being low quality and are prone to leaking etc. Hope you get it figured out.

*Edit* the beam pattern is rarely as good with aftermarket lights over the stock lights which is why most people end up doing the BHLM to theirs. Ive got a set of Anzo lights sitting in my office floor right now just waiting to be "retroed".

They should be adjustable. If not send them f*ckers back. My brother ordered a pair of black headlights for his F-150 from ebay and they fog up just about everyday so make sure that they are good and sealed with some extra silicone before its too late.

they are adjustable, but will likely leak, and will always have somewhat worse pattern than oem.

Some arent as bad as others.

i had to replace mine and got a pair made by Anzo, they were $240 but i didnt want to take the chance of them leaking like the typical ebay headlights, they also had the best reviews, and have a great light pattern, might want to check into them

I've got a set of Anzo's in my office floor right now. I put them on the truck for about 2 hours. They aren't bad lights but NO WHERE near as good as the stock lights. I spent 2 hours trying to get them set up and the light pattern sucked compared to the factory lights. They threw out two distinct patterns rather than the more flood like pattern of the stock lights. I'm just going to take them apart and retro them so it won't matter in the end.

They should have adjuster screws as everyone else has stated. Mine are off ebay and did.

    Adjust "A" for vertical adjustment.

Remove plastic cap on "B" for Horizontal adjustment.

You shouldn't have to do much adjustment with "B".

    Not a problem my friend!

Honestly you "should" be able to adjust the screw by just using your fingers. Just depends on how tight they are.

Buy from Toyota, after market lights often have no adusters or adjusters that do not work. When you factor in fogging and yellowing that you will experience in 6 months or less you will understand, keep the factory lights, they will out perform any from china, india or wherever the knock offs are produced at. I used to take great pleasure in telling customers no when they tried to slip a fogging aftermarket light assy through for warranty repair. I also take great pleasure in watching the rollback drop off trucks that have caught fire due to the HID bulbs the little Johnnies install and skip using heavy gauge wire resulting in fires or smoke wiring harnesses which insurance estimators will not cover when it is pointed out why the fire occured.

Maybe so.... Which is why I did the BHLM with my original factory lights. But that said, I am going to retro my Anzo lights because they are actually good lights. I just am not fond of the light pattern with the Anzo lights so the retros will go in them. This way, if I fuck them up I still have my good set of factory lights to fall back on. Oh... btw... the Anzo lights have both of the adjusters and adjust just fine. The reflector just isn't as good as the factory which won't matter since I'll be painting it black with the projectors in the middle.

Taking pleasure in someone's misfortune seems like a Richard Head move though... Just my Opinion
