Love it!!! except for the grille... what happened there?

 

Get some of the cool new metallic derp. I want to get the chrome stuff for my wheels.

 

I think it would look better if the plastic peices on top of the bumper was black. Would tie the grill into something.

 

I was thinking blaze blue for my wheels.

 

Have the underside of the bed rack Bed Armor'd.

I have to say this product seems like it's going to be okay - hope it's as durable as it claims it is. But the nozzle on the spray can facking sucks moose nuts.

You can't spray it more than 5 or 7 seconds before you have to wipe the nozzle and shake the hell out of it. Or else it ends up spitting globs of the material all over the place.

Everything looks bomber but in my humble opinion I'd reverse the color scheme on the grille. Go color matched on the surround and black on the interior. Again, JMO.

I had the same issue. So damn annoying but luckily I was able to get the globs off. Also my toolbox still looks awesome if that means anything. I've scrubbed the shit out of some places to get bird shit off and even with all the grit the bedliner didn't peel, tear, or anything. I'm very pleased with it.

Did you do 3-4 light coats per the instructions?

 

Raptor Liner ftmfw! just got 3 kits in

 

I think I did 5. I accidentally sprayed a really heavy first coat and had to go back and pat the whole thing down to get rid of the runs (I was used to spraying plastidip which is completely different haha). Then 4 light coats after that. Used a little over a can and a half.

 

Surprised you didn't get raptor liner..

 

One day I shall redo most everything in Raptor Liner.

Sliders... rocker panels, fender flares, bed rack, etc

 

$22 in rattle can or $120 for the kit and having to borrow the neighbor's compressor, etc

I use rattle can dupilcolor bed liner. Works quite well.

 

Got rear ended by a crown vic. Destroyed the whole front end of the vic and bent and dented my stock rear bumper. Good thing I'm welding up a plate rear this week.

Trying to decide if im going to bed liner my bed rack or paint it rusto satin

 

Powder cost it or bed line it. Paint will just come off to easy.
