    This may sound odd, but check you're front bumper mounts. I swore up and down it had to be my lower arms, but turned out it was the bumper mounts.

    You are correct about the cummins being reliable. Problem is like all diesels, they require more maintenance than gas engines. They also require double the engine oil when changing. Diesel fuel also costs more.
    Not worth it to me. The trade for the toyhauler might be though. A Tundra 5.7 would pull that in style.

    Ok, just looked at the thread for CV axle replacement. Holy shit am I in for it if thats the case. I dont have anything for tools there in Colorado. Any meet ups with a help me work on my shit days planned? Cause I dont know how I will pull that one off. LOL, lets just hope its a bumper mount

    Most likely not a cv if it does it going straight. Probably a ball joint or loose control arm/shock bolt.

    Also the bushings that secure the racks on our trucks seem to go out a lot. I've had that cause a pretty decent pop as well.
