Took the MT out for a test on the rocks.

    holy bajeezus.

I really liked my 5100/eibachs, and thought there had to be some level of hype about coilovers..

I was wrong, these things are amazing.

even on the slow stuff, with the new c/o's and sway bar delete the truck is a completely different beast.

ill get some gopro bro action next time. cant wait

My parents are moving their practice next month so I'm not going to be able to order my bumper yet (we only have a PO box, so I ship my big shit to our office)

... but that extra time gives me space between paychecks to add to my rainy day buffer

So I might be able to order both front and rear bumpers at the same time.

Thinking of getting an AP rear tube and a TG lopro rock defense front

Always likes the ap rear, I can save a load of money ordering the tg, which goes to the rear

Tianas getting so cereal, like kryptonian cereal.

New muffler goes in next week.

Just gotta figure out what I'm gonna do for the front blinker, since I've never worked with wiring before

I suggest you move the blinker up into the corner lenses. Not hard to wire, and since you've already done a retrofit it shouldn't be hard for you at all.

Love the MT!!! How much did you get the Fox's for (brand new?), and how do you like the Billies 5150's in the back, as opposed to maybe another RR like king or... fox :roll eyes: ? I've never seen those AP UCA's. Why those over TC?

Probably what I'm gonna end up doing

Just that the 98-00 use bigger bulbs, not like the small ones that are in the later blinkers, gotta look at if they're gonna fit in the corners (blocking on the light #s)

If anything I might just switch to LEDs but then I gotta tackle the hyper flash problem

Fox coilovers from DSM, pricing is on their website; got everything nice and quick from them. They even have a forum member discount, which helped a ton because shipping to HI sucks ass.

Their forum price plus shipping was cheaper than any other site I've found...without shipping :spy:

I like the 5150s, though they've been discontinued. They handle the expos well, and for a more "budget friendly" piggyback resi shock, theyve handled everything I've thrown at them.

Went with AP UCAs because they've helped me out in the past, and these are kinda like high end coilovers....pretty much just pick a color; the only major difference between camburg, tc and these are uniball material IIRC. I always rinse my truck after wheeling so I figured Thats negligible

    They're cheaper too :cookiemonster:
